So I’ve just finished all my treatment. It cost me quite a lot more than I was first quoted before I’d had a proper consultation. After my first consultation I was told I couldn’t have the implants I needed until I’d had a sinus lift and bone transplant. After seeing the X-rays it was clear that I did need this procedure. Initially I was having 7 implants and 24 zirconium crowns. 6 months after my bone transplant I came back to get fitted. And was advised I would really need 28 crowns. More money. Were they right in doing this I think they were. I’m 55 years old and after years of abuse and 40 odd years of smoking and drinking my teeth were like a witch doctors necklace. I’m over the moon with the result the staff and dentists at the place are first class. If I had to do it all again would I choose Istanbul. Probably not. This is a city. Not a holiday venue. So very little to do and the hotels aren’t set up to be entertaining. But fantastic if like me you never get a minute. It’s been a well needed rest. Oh I actually had to have a root canal which I fell asleep in a few times. So if you’re a bit frightened of the dentist. Rest assured they look after you. Mahmoud my interpreter was also very helpful. Keeping you informed 24/7

Hola, estoy muy contento muy satisfecho con la clínica y con todo el personal en especial con mahmud me ha ayudado en todo y ha estado con migo en todo momento, se lo agradezco mucho de corazón, son muy profesionales y muy atentos a todo, simpáticos agradables, te hacen sentirte como en familia, todo el tratamiento desde el principio asta el final ha sido muy bueno muy satisfecho, agradezco todo lo que han hecho y nos han llevado hacer un tur por el Bósforo para conocer y desconectar la verdad que ha estado genial, tanto la primera visita y la segunda han estado muy atentos con el tema del avión, traslados, hotel, todo lo que diga es poco en dos palabras profesionales y amables, MAHMUD Sigue así heres una persona maravillosa y te agradezco mucho todo lo que has hecho por mi, deseo lo mejor a todos y a todas.

Très satisfait par les soins proprement dit mais j y allais pour ça donc les chirurgiens dentiste et expert sont au top merci à eux , mais peut mieux faire avec beaucoup plus de professionnalisme et d'organisation au niveau des rendez vous et tout ce qui est de l'administration surtout la facturation ( c’est vraiment un soucis )Vraiment cette expérience a été bénéfique et en fin la joie de sourire , une nouvelle vie commence, merci à toute l'équipe

Great service and support throughout. Pain relief, spot on! I would highly recommend.

1star is over rating dmax. I went and got teeth done end of April. I had agreed sedation and a price of 4395 +300 for the sedation on the first day I went to clinic had X-rays that showed bone loss.
After being taken into a room and feeling overwhelmed that they couldn’t do top teeth. I was told that to do bottom teeth would now cost £3550 I would have liked time to think about it.
I was told if I had no treatment I would have to pay £750 for under 24hrs in country. So crying I agreed to have bottom teeth done. The woman in the room with my interpreter. Kept drawing the teeth shape with a bar in it. Saying this is why the cost went up. They said I had to pay £2550 there and then still owing £1000 on second visit. So I paid.
This is now after 2pm with nothing to eat or drink as thought I was getting treatment started with sedation. I was then informed they didn’t have an anaesthetist. So was sent back to hotel in a state.
The next morning got picked up went to the clinic. The cannula was putting my arm in the waiting room then called through and Had 5 teeth out and implants. Then sent back to hotel.
The final day was the denture fitting. Got to clinic no interpreter arrived. Got called in and teeth were shoved in mouth and I was told to open and shut mouth 3times and the dentist walked out. The teeth were ways to big as if made for someone else. I went to the main desk a lovely lady nothing to do with dmax helped me. She agreed the teeth were ways to big. Got the dentist back and he wouldn’t do anything about them. I had to leave then to get flight home. Not once was I ever told I would leave with dentures that they don’t want you to wear for a month.
I have questioned why the sedation ended up costing £450 when agreed£300 I asked for the £250 back for teeth that I’ve never been able to wear. Then asked for a break down in price as it was ment to be the titanium bar on second visit that put the price up. They broke the price down by putting the implants that were going to be originally used up to £260 per implant. So I’ve decided I’m not going back to get them finished.
As I now do not trust this company. Once they have your money they don’t care about you at all.
The hotel they put you in has no outside area and nothing around to enjoy the stay. Before I made the decision not to go back. I asked if I could go to a hotel with an outdoor area. I was told I would have to pay the lot in full as they would not help pay towards. Even though on there breakdown the hotel was £75 per night. I really do hope no one else has to go through what I’ve been through.
I must admit Ray the advisor has been lovely and Mahmoud the interpreter was lovely. It’s the management that are rude and money grabbers.

I’m reply to your response please do take the after further as this will save me money. I have every message emails photos and videos to back my review. There is nothing failed in it. Just to add my solicitor picked up that I was charged for German implants and on the passport I have cheaper Venus Turkish ones. So yet again you mislead me and took more money for something I don’t have.

Cannot thank the team at DMAX for all their help this week, nothing but outstanding service from the moment I landed till the moment I left, Ray & Esra have been the most welcoming supportive & helpful throughout my whole time! would 100% reccomend to anybody looking to have their teeth done!

This is not a clinic they don't have medical license even they are working as a tourism company, they will overcharge you 200% if the original price is 100€ they will take 300€ from you they work with 2 clinics for plastic surgery Dr Murat Gorkem ataman who works at Erdem hospital contact him directly for normal quote what he will operate in 1000€ dmax will ask 3000€ for it and for dental treatment VSC yenibosna thats the clinic

Acabo de volver de estar unos dias en Estambul con la clinica dmaxhealth y estoy quedando muy satisfecha, todavia me falta ir una segunda vez para terminar, pero hasta ahora lo unico que puedo decir es bueno, trabajan muy bien y muy rapido y el trato tambien ha sido muy bueno.

Excelente experiencia en clínica DMAXTOUR en Estambul. El Dr fue muy profesional. La clínica es moderna y muy limpia. El personal Mahmoud Almali excelente persona feable intérprete árabe y inglés al Turko me ayudaron con el transporte.
El hotel igual limpio incluido el desayuno.
Agradecido.

La experiencia ha sido excelente , al llegar al aeropuerto nos estaban esperando el chófer que nos llevó al hotel , al día nos recogieron para ir a la clínica de dmax health con una puntualidad magnífica, Julissa nos acompaño en todo momento en la clínica actuando de traductora y cumpliendo lo prometido en las llamadas telefónicas que mantuve con ella . El servicio de la clínica y el medico , fantástico de primera calidad .

We visited DMAX HEALTH just a couple a weeks ago it was amazing experience. The way we were welcomed, talked through the whole dental procedure and looked after was just overwhelming and incredible. Highly recommend specialists in extremely clean and beautiful clinic.One fantastic experience - do not hesitate to use their service if needed. We will definitely go back there for any dental treatment in the future.

Bonjour à tous voilà il y appelle une semaine je viens de rentrer de Istanbul pour faire implantation les dents la bouche complet d'abord je félicite l'équipe et assistance qui s'occupe très bien de moi ils sont vraiment des professionnels je conseille vivement pour ceux qui veulent faire implantation dans cette clinique je donne 5 étoiles et je vous dis merci à tous

Malgré quelques petites péripéties d’organisation et de communication au début de mon séjour, tout s’est ensuite très bien déroulé. La clinique est au top, avec de vrais professionnels. J’ai eu la chance d’être accompagnée par Idriss, un interprète en or, bienveillant, toujours à l’écoute et présent à chaque étape. Il a su me rassurer et m’accompagner tout au long de cette expérience. L’équipe médicale a fait un travail remarquable, bien au-delà de mes espérances. Le résultat est incroyable, je ne m’attendais pas à un tel changement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur humanité

Lo primero sabes que soy cliente vuestro ,sabes el problema que me causasteis
Hablamos por teléfono con un traductor que si traducía ,a pesar de estar en Inglaterra (supongo que no tenías uno más cerca )pues el que me pusisteis a mí que solo estuvo 10 mint en los 20 días que estuve en las dos estancias .
Aun no me solucionáis nada ,me blokeais para que no os publique en vuestras páginas
