Pésimo servicio llevo más de dos meses intentando recibir respuesta por parte de la empresa. Me hicieron bajar mi mala reseña prometiendo ayudarme y NO CUMPLIERON SON UNOS RATEROS.

Suggest me what should I do, they are forcing me to delete the comments before the refund as in profe.
For example: if I delete the comments and they refused to refund- who is responsible then. Also I want to share the screen shot of the mail but here not found any option so I copied all text of email body and paste it below.

"I understand how frustrating it is to have such experience and we do apologize for the delay in following up. I’ve dug into the issue and will be processing a full transfer of the debits made to your account. I can assure you that this issue will not happen again.

I can confirm your membership with us has been cancelled thus no extra charges will come out of your account. All i am offering is the transfer of the subscription fees that were debited from your account which will be sent back to the account that was charged.

Per the terms and conditions, membership fees are not refundable but to ensure customer satisfaction, i will be processing the transfer to you in exchange for the deletion of your comments since negative comments affects the reputation of our company.

Since we have taken the necessary steps to resolve your complaint, please delete your comment as a reflection of this resolution"

Pensavo d'aver acquistato su tik tok del caffe' borbone, 150 capsule a 9,99 mentre mi hanno addebitato 9,99 11,32 e 11,88 dicevano d' aver fatto un abbonamento a mia insaputa continuano a ricattarmi dicendomi che se tolgo la recensione negativa mi rimborseranno; inanzitutto la recensione negativa ve la siete meritata dato che mi avete "truffata" le persone devono sapere da chi è meglio non acquistare. Che poi da voi non si acquista niente.
Chiedo per l' ennesima volta i rimborsi che mi dovete altrimenti provvederó a segnalarvi a chi di dovere! Visto che e' passato 1 mese e mezzo
E non credo alle recensioni positive sono sicuramente false.

Questo e' un ricatto.. Dopo 3 mesi non mi hanno ancora rimborsato inventano mille scuse, la recensione resta dov'e'.
Hanno imparato bene come fare i soldi.
