DIY Balustrades LTD Arvostelua

Myself and my partner found ourselves in a tricky situation. All the glass merchants in our area (south wales) had a backlog of 4-5 weeks for glass for our Julitte balcony but due to a difficult situation with the scaffolding company they put pressure on us to get the job completed in 2 weeks. I found DIY Balustrades LTD online and Sean went out of his way to personally call different glass merchants up and down the UK to see how quick he could get the glass delivered to us by. Sean got back to me the same day and managed to arrange for us to receive the glass within the timescale of 2 weeks. With so much going on in the world it’s nice to know that people like Sean will go above and beyond for genuine customers. Thank you mate little things like this means so much more to people like us! Myself and my partner can’t thank Sean enough. If your struggling to get glass or even it you want a competitive price give Sean a call, no doubt he’ll do his best for you as he did for us ☺️

Third time ordered , as always the service was spot on

I’d highly recommend DIY Balustrade to anyone looking for a high-quality glass balustrade.
From start to finish, Sean provided outstanding customer service. He guided me through every step of the process, gave expert advice on the design, and made everything feel simple and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always happy to answer my questions.
The delivery of the balustrade and handrail was very prompt, and Sean kept me updated throughout the ordering process for the clamps and glass, so I always knew what was happening.
The quality of the products is excellent, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies I looked at. I’m extremely pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to use DIY Balustrade again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company with excellent customer service and quality products.

I can't praise this company enough, just purchased an outdoor balustrade, Lucy was so helpful and quickly responded to all my questions. 100 % recommend. Thank-you

Ordered a glass balustrade from DIY Balustrades and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use, measurements were clearly explained, and delivery was quick. The glass and fittings are very high quality and installation was straightforward. It’s completely transformed our patio — would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a modern, clean finish. Thank you

Brilliant service from DIY Balustrades. I was a bit nervous ordering something like this online, but everything arrived well packed with clear instructions. The system is genuinely DIY-friendly and looks just as good as professionally installed balustrades I’ve seen. Great value for money and fantastic end result.

Everything was so much easier than I thought it was going to be. The step by step guide on how into install was very easy to understand and it also feels so good to look at our balustrade knowing we did everything ourselves.

Great product and excellent customer service, would definitely recommend
