Spoke to customer service because husband was refusing to sign and it would be contested and even though they don’t offer services for contested divorce, no refund option was available. So I printed the uncontested paperwork out and the paperwork was not correct. The court would not accept it. Had to have a new packet completed at the courthouse and filed those papers. Then even paying the 999.00 for full service you still have to pay the court filing fees. Company refuses to provide refunds. This is a huge scam!!! They don’t even do things correctly and then keep your money!

So many issues with forms being generated incorrectly, information being removed, delay in help and responses. I started this process in April 2025 and I'm still not complete September 2025.

Beware! Took forever & had to have documents edited for final decree.
I paid for the more expensive service. I don’t find that I received the help I paid for. I couldn’t ever get my case manager. It let me schedule phone meetings but it was always weeks away. My documents weren’t correct. I had to get help from my district clerk.

The entire process was unreasonably slow, minimal communication, hard to follow vague instructions. I just got back from court and had to get a continence because the paperwork was not filled out correctly. Now I have to refile the paperwork. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend
It was very slow, and I got different answers to the same questions from different people in your organization. It seems that some of the people did not understand the questions being asked. Also, the instructions on what and where to sign the forms were not clear. I would not recommend your services to anyone.

Very helpful, easy, and quick to navigate. Everything is taken care of for you, and support was quick and extremely responsive to answer any questions or provide assistance. I was a little skeptical of using an online service but I highly recommend this.

The experience so far.....
The questionnaire platform is not very user friendly, constantly felt like I had to hunt for hidden questions. Also, the support advisor was not extremely helpful in offering assistance on specific corrections needed, i.e emailed asking clarification on what was being asked with response to the tune of "see previous email sent". :/

Melody is the Best!
Melody was a fantastic case manager. She was very transparent and had a good listening hear. I really appreciated how easy it was to set up my account, use the portal, fill out and review the questionnaires. All around a great experience and I will definitely recommend Divorce.com in the future. It is well worth it for a no contest divorce.
