The team at Divorce Now were exceptional. Everyone's situation is different. In my case there were a number of hurdles throughout the process but Divorce Now dealt with everything keeping me well informed and taking care of every issue. The flat fee approach ensured that I only paid once for the service at the outset and no matter how many hoops we had to jump through it was all covered. I honestly don't know how I would have been able to get through this difficult process if not for them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you Divorce Now.

I can very much recommend Donna. She is clearly very experienced, very fast and professional in her responses and competitively priced. While I would have been able to apply directly for our divorce and handle most process steps, I would not have known how to do the financial consent order. Donna distilled our complex input beautifully down to a simple to understand document. Donna seems to be a ‘one woman’ business and there are understandably slight delays possible because of that, e.g. when on well deserved holidays. Our divorce took 12 months and I believe the time is mainly linked to the business of the family court. When you are represented by a company like Donna’s, the slow court timings can be sometimes frustrating, as the communication with the court ‘is out of your hand’. But as, apart from very simple divorces, you will need help with the consent order form, there is little you can do about it.

Be careful choosing this service. There is no empathy and they forget some clients get on and talk. You cannot talk to a human, but get emails from a Donna. In this day and age when being personal is rare…avoid!!!!
