The Owner has a track record of making the worst decisions possible. From homophobia in promotional emails to blatant racism in their community discord. They don't pay most of their staff while forcing them to reach ticket quotas. They don't communicate on products, the status on website and discord are incorrect most of the time and you will only find out after paying. The website prices are wrong and increase at checkout to bait you into paying more. The discord is heavily censored to prevent talk about anything deemed "against the company", which is often falsely called slander by their moderation team. The products itself are fine, you get what you pay for if you overlook the long update times and frequent crashes at least.
All in all id recommend finding a different provider. They also hide 1-3 star reviews on their inhouse support review system.
