CUIDADO! PLATAFORMA OBSOLETA Y PÉSIMO SOPORTE, NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO! Cancelé la renovación automática y me cobraron igualmente, contacté con el soporte para que me hiciesen un reembolso (Ya que por ley tienes 15 días para devolver cualquier producto) Y después de varios días de malestar discutiendo y pidiendo el reembolso me dijeron básicamente que soy un mentiroso, que no cancelé la renovación y que no les asustan "mis amenazas" de hacer una reclamación a la oficina del consumidor. En definitiva una gran estafa, por ley tienen que devolverte el dinero si lo reclamas en el plazo de 15 días después de hacer la compra.

After carefully reviewing the case and our communication history, it became clear that the subscription was not canceled prior to the renewal date. Initially, you mentioned that you had canceled via an email link. However, this raised concerns as our system does not send any cancellation links via email. All cancellations must be made directly through the “My Account” section on our website, which is explained in our documentation and reminder emails.
When we reached out through our support portal to understand exactly what happened, the information provided did not align with our cancellation process. Eventually, you confirmed that the subscription had not been canceled, and therefore the recurring payment was correctly processed.
Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, your refund was issued on 13 September, which was before this review was posted on 16 September.
We take customer satisfaction and transparency seriously, and we always encourage anyone experiencing issues to contact our support team directly so we can resolve matters promptly and fairly.
Good plugin. Bad Documentation
The plugin has a lot of useful features and I am excited to you use them. Deducted a star because the documentation is practically non-existant.

I have been using Divi Pixel for a few years now. I don't normally write reviews, but after the detailed and focused customer service I recently received, I felt it was warranted. This is not the first time I received such service either, every time I have needed help with a module or layout issue, the customer service personnel were timely and offered the best advice. Sometimes, after two or three back-and-forths. The modules are incredible time savers. They offer options I probably wouldn't have thought of, and they are easy to implement. Definitely would recommend Divi Pixel!

Fantastic Plugin & Brillaint After Care
I've been using Divi Pixel for a while now and rewriting many of my site's pages using the built-in modules and layouts.
I've had to reach out to the team for help on several occasions, and they have always been prompt to reply. My latest issue was with the ToC block I had been trying to get working for weeks, but my page structure is wrong for that type of block. Maciej built a bespoke option mirroring the ToC block, doing exactly what I wanted in under an hour, and also spent time explaining how I can improve my page structure. Outstanding!
He still had time to do this despite rewriting the plugin for Divi 5 and releasing multiple updates.
Unlike a couple of other plugins I've since had to stop using, I've not once had an issue with my site caused by Divi-Pixel. I can't recommend them enough.
