Never got driver details
My phone died on the plane so the driver I booked through the platform did not manage to reach me.
However, the platform never provided any driver details for me to contact (as they say they will do 24 hours before pick-up).
Through a friend's phone I called the support line and sent an email to the given support address but got no answers until the day after.
I got a partial refund for the transfer which was appreciated.
I decided to cancel my second transfer for the return trip due to my previous experience and got no refund. Their refund policy is very confusing.
The whole website experience feels unfinished and buggy. I personally won't be using this platform again.
