Excellent service from an extremely…

Excellent service from an extremely friendly and professional young lady named Ellie O'CONNELL. I have never booked a holiday in my life and after this excellent interaction with Ellie will definately be using your service again and again.

I tried quite a few options to find…

I tried quite a few options to find accommodation for 26 people at Noosa and kept coming up against brick walls. Until Ellie called me back from an online enquire. Ellie made it quick, easy and painless to book.
If the whole experience is this awesome we will have the BEST time EVER!

So helpful

Thanks so much for helping me to book in a fantastic deal for my 40th. Katie-Lee was so great at working with the dates we had available & making sure we could get the perfect accommodation for us. Really great deal too - thanks again!

My original booking had to be cancelled…

My original booking had to be cancelled due to the opening date of the hotel was pushed back. Molly was very helpful trying to find alternate options for me and gave me a really good price.. which was appreciated as I ended up having to pay more.

Ellie assisted me with my booking to…

Ellie assisted me with my booking to the Gold Coast, after a cancelled holiday in 2021 where a credit was held by Discover Queensland. She was a pleasure to deal with, giving me plenty of options for our trip, and was very prompt in responding to me. Thank you Ellie!

Great experience!

Elle was an absolute delight to book through! She was so personable, and patient with me when I was having all sorts of technical issues. She also recommended several really nice hotels when the one we wanted to book wasn't available.
Give the lady a pay rise!
