If I could give zero stars I would.
On the 9th November last year, I purchased two opera tickets - one to Castor and Pollux and one for Cunning Little Vixen - in Paris. A total of €405.
I never received an email with the tickets attached - and when I was getting ready to attend the first opera and couldn’t find my tickets I checked the company’s website and saw that no email was ever sent. I was able to login to my account to see the transaction.
Three times I tried to contact OperaGuide.com - I have copies of all the emails. But never received a response.
I don’t even believe this is a legitimate company.

I made the same experience. I would even not give one star. But this ist not possible.
Bought tickets for 550 €. The Money was deducted immediatly from my account. After three weeks I got an email that for technical reason they were not able to book the tickets. After a month I still haven't got back the money.

SCAM alert!! Bought the tickets from their website, received an invoice but then saw that the address of the venue did not match!!! @google pleasseee stop their site NOW!
I will take criminal steps now.

Auch ich kann leider die schlechten Erfahrungen teilen. Hatte am 30. Januar 2025 Opernkarten für Prag bestellt und eine Bestätigung der Bestellung erhalten. Die Tickets wurden mir bis heute nicht zugesandt. E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet und ich hing mehrmals 30 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Meine Kreditkarte ist mit dem Betrag belastet. Ich hoffe, dass meine Bank mir das Geld zurück überweisen kann. Am besten Hände weg von dieser Plattform.

Nachtrag: heute, also 3 Wochen nach der Bestellung, habe ich meine Tickets endlich erhalten. Das nächste Mal buche ich direkt beim Veranstalter...

SCAM!!!BEWARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!
Bought the ticket and received only the order confirmation. Many e-mail requests for the tickets to be sent were never responded. Their supposedly "call center" is a sham as calls are never answered and I tried 20-30 times over last 4 days. I have reported the scam to Google as this business even pays to advertise there. I have also asked Google to activate the review functionality as many other customers will fall prey to this scams if no reviews are available on Google, too. Avoid also the other same SCAM company with different name operaguide.com.

Ich hatte 2 Opernkarten am 1.1.2025 gekauft und diese auch erhalten.
Von den vielen schlechten Bewertungen her, die ich nachträglich gelesen hatte, war ich beunruhigt, ob ich die Tickets auch erhalten würde. Ich hatte Kontakt aufgenommen, der freundlich beantwortet wurde und die E-Tickets hatte ich am 8.1.2025 erhalten.
Mein Fazit: Es ist ein seriöser Ticketverkäufer, obwohl aus meiner Sicht, ein wenig langsam. Die Firma ist im Handelsregister eingetragen und ist definitiv kein Fakeshop.

SCAM! A Friend got us a voucher through them, so we booked a tour. The tour company they said we were booked with has no record of us and the tour leaves at a different time.

UPDATE:
After sending numerous emails they finally got back to us with a confirmation of the tour. DO yourself a favour book directly with the tour company instead of through these guys

HOPEFULLY YOULL READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING. This is a scam. We bought tickets, got the confirmation email, then another email saying they didint have the purchased category any more saying that they would refund if I didn't reply in 5 days; and this was a month and haven't got any refund whatsoever
