Great Service if problems & SPEEDY!
Our orders come quickly, which is only part of the 5 stars...
We have had 2 issues with damaged boxes and lost product. With the second call to report missing items, we may have caused some concerns at Discount Rubber... wondering why the problem twice. However in both cases, we received the missing rubber right away. We didn't need to submit photos of the damaged boxes or jump through hoops. We appreciate that Discount Rubber knows the value of anything that saves us time. Thank you!

Discount Rubber Direct was so easy to deal with unlike many other MRO supply stores. They made my order process so easy, even being a tax exempt customer! Not to mention cost, I bought double the quantity that MRO stores wanted to charge the same price. Discount Rubber Direct is now my only stop when I need more EPDM materials!
