Bad products and customer service
Ordered cut tile samples of gum rubber for $80 - the samples were not even cut straight and jagged on some edges, additionally there were black smudge marks all over the rubber which could not be removed. Company sent replacements that were also poorly cut with same marks. When I requested to return I was told I missed the return window (even though I was out of town when the package arrived) and received a poor product. When I reached out again to return, customer service just ignored my emails. Do no recommend at all!

The shipping took two weeks. It was described as being 2-3 days. Otherwise, just fine.
I had to buy local for 60% more. I had no idea when the delivery would actually arrive

Make sure you get CC billing address correct if different than shipping address.
We had a few issues with getting our order information to match up precisely with the credit card info enter at the order entry and then having your Sales Contact pre-entering an order. Took a little patience and extra time to get the order done and out but we are happy it did get done and to us.
