I purchased this with the intent to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from a 32-bit one. Initially I was told it couldn't be done. I was finally told a media flash drive needed to be downloaded with windows then I needed to do a new install and select 64-bit at that time.

Hi Bren. Thanks for your order! Please understand that you downloaded the evaluation version directly from Microsoft, and not from us. You likely experienced slowness on the part of them, or perhaps your internet service provider.
Worked just as described.

This was my first dealings with Discount Key Store ... I had some reluctance initially, but decided to continue with the transaction.
The fact that I could download a full function software package and buy a significantly discounted key to activate it with the software developer; was pleasantly surprising to me.
I will use them again in the future.

Hi Karen. Thanks for your business! The download link we provide for your product is on the product page under Installation Instructions. I believe the link in the email will simply take you to the product page. I just double checked the link we have there, and it appears to be working ok to me. If you would like to provide us more detail about the problem you were having with the link, or if there is a better link we should be using, please feel free to send it to support@discountkeystore.com. We'll certainly take any suggestions you'd like to give. Thanks again!
Great service from John
