The staff I spoke to were very helpful and polite. Due to their systems 'migrating' I have had problems sorting out my recent policy renewals; one case took nearly a fortnight to sort out, but we got their in the end.

I was renewing landlord insurance which always feels something I put off every year due to the endless questions and process.
This year felt easy a good renew quote followed by a call, which felt simple, I was taken through my quote in detail friendly voice who was really helpful we made some changes she explained some language in plain terms as opposed to complex terms and me worrying about if I had answered correctly or not.
