Shameful company no loyalty disrespectful staff and don’t know how to pay you your money owed

Received mystery box . Absolute rubbish. Would rather had given the money to charity.

Ordered a braclet for my daughter in law for mothers day on the 4th Mothers day nrver received it

Bought a tech mystery box, the t&c states allow up to 14 days for delivery, it’s know been nearly 20 days and nothing. Have emailed customer services on a couple of occasions no response. Customer service is shocking. Not going to buy again from this website

Nothing has gone right
Absolutely rubbish service

They don’t give the right information, having said that when on the same day, I requested to return the items I bought they begin to create problems especially with the Delivery charges, as although in their t&c they guarantee full refund, when you request to return the item they keep repeating that the postage is our responsibility. I just deleted the account and said never again.

I ordered pillows twice and paid for both items but I haven't received non of them. I complained to you but there's no reply till now.

Do not buy from them. They are not providing the goods you purchase. I order two mattresses. They delivered two cheap mattresses that are dirty and wet. I have been trying for weeks to get the collected and replaced with the quality ones ordered as per there website. No reply coming . No refund being provided. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Avoid this Dodgy Company! It seems to provide a portal for other dodgy organisations to cheat folk out of money. Be prepared to lose whatever you spend - I think you are unlikely to recover it.
I assume that its method of selling vouchers exists to protect it from prosecution. The advert that I responded to was vague and deliberately worded to deceive. Having paid out you are unlikely to get any money back. You will almost certainly not recover any postage and will need to pay for returning. In my case it was to a vague third party address with no supportive documentation. I believe you will lose the product as well as your money if you attempt to return it.

Beware ! I ordered 3 items only one came and no way to contact them.

BEWARE: Further to my earlier review on this and its associated company GoGroupie, of my 4 Black Friday purchases from the (2?) companies, only 1 item, and that as yet not fully tested, was supplied in a useable condition. The 1st was not supplied as advertised, The 2nd just didn't work at all and the 3rd came with illegible instructions. Both the retailers (as above) and their suppliers were notified , in some cases over 2 weeks ago and I'm yet to hear anything positive back? These companies are all to ready to take your cash but seem to find it difficult or impossible to resolve any problems with anything like the same sort of speed. I personally wouldn't buy anything else from either.

I ordered bracelet from this company. Never received but money taken from my account. No answer to numerous emails and no contact telephone number. Take heed and don't be scammed by them.

I paid my £9 for the item not realising that its only for a voucher. This then has to be submitted in order to get the item. I'm worried that I may have signed up for a regular monthly charge.
Read the reviews. Apart from the many suspicious positive ones, many others seem to have had similar bad experiences
I fear that my £9 has been lost!

The system is convoluted and full of small print.
i ordered 4 key fobs, received one when i queried the order, was told i needed to order 4 separate units paying postage on each.
they have returned my money for the unit received but have given me useless vouchers for the rest, as i was out of the time stated in the small print.

I ordered a chainsaw from Duscount Experts
I received a purchase confirmation email and a few days later an email to say the item was on its way.
A month later it still has not arrived and I have not received any further contact from Discount Experts.
The emails I had received said to reply to the message for customer service. I did this, several times. The email came back that the address did not exist.
I have passed this scam onto my bank who are investigating.
My advise.
DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT EXPERTS. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.

I ordered a speed radar device from Discount Experts which is linked to fantasy supply.com both of which are cowboy outfits. A cheap plastic made in China products eventually arrived but it didn’t work so I emailed customer-care at fantasysupply.com who told me to return it to a company called 4PX Leicester Commercial Park Unit 1, Dorsey Way GRS T5ZX3XM Leicester LE19 4DB. They also said that I would have to the pay return postage in spite of the fact that the item was defective. This is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I returned it to the address above and paid the £2.69 postage and today the item has been returned to me having been undelivered. These people are scammers, therefore I am going to report them to trading standards and seek a refund from my credit card company. Avoid this company and is subsidiaries like the plague.

i have resigned myself to losing £9.89 for microsoft office! Impossible to redeem voucher. Got scammed by email pretending to be from Santander boosts. Would have proably got deeper in trouble by tring to resole the purchase.

I recently had an official email from my bank offering a discounted microsoft office pro. I followed the link paid £9.89 for the product (which shows on my account) once paid I was supposed to receive by email the voucher code which I did however when I tried to redeem it I was taken to Discount Experts page I pasted the voucher code in the box clicked submit and a box underneath said code not valid/offer date finished plus another £9.89 for the product.
I contacted my bank explaining what happened and am currently awaiting a reply from them !
I'm very surprised my bank which is a major bank don't check these site's before offering customers a so called good deal for products.

Item ordered mid-August not delivered.
Contact form just sends me in a circle from Discount Experts to the supplier l(Furniture Dealz) who denies any knowlege of the order. No contact phone number for either Discount Experts or Furniture Dealz.
These companies do not deliver goods ordered or give refunds!
