This was the first time we rented a dumpster. The process was clearly explained so I felt prepared when the dumpster came. Both the drop off and pick up were easy and the driver was excellent. The dumpster was placed for easy access and we still could use the driveway for parking. I found the staff helpful and always ready to answer questions.
This company is a rip-off. I had recommended them and handed my phone over to another contractor. Which discount dumpster took all his information and credit card and continued to put under my contract. When I was called about the delivery I explained this rental is not mine why am I being contacted. To contact the man who originally ordered them. I was asked if they could leave it under my company since it was already there. I figured okay since the contractor was on same job as me even though I don't know this other contractor. This contractor had a problem and canceled the dumpster because discount dumpster could not have it there at a reasonable time. As they said they would. Again had nothing to do with my company. Now I had received a bill for an overweight which they do not send which address it was for it is for. And they charged the other contractor for my dumpster. Because somebody is lazy on their side and did not want to switch paperwork over to this other contractor. I was told this morning before they refund him his money they want me to pay for it first. What right did they have to charge this man my bill and now trying to tell me they are not going to refund him until I pay it. We are contacting a lawyer now. Again because someone in their company was too lazy to redo paperwork and put somebody else into the computer this man is out of money because they did not want to do the right paperwork. Also the dumpsters are not theirs they are waist management dumpsters. If you call any dumpster company you will get a rate for upto 5-6 tons. This company only gives you 3 tons then charges extra weight. That is how they make their money. I recommend calling waiat management for rentals, since it's their dumpsters anyways
