amazing host! I bought 2 starndard plans for 10 months. It is good response and fast service! Its fast reply, good support, cheap prices & you buy trough a good and safe way! I recommend them.

The service itself is cheap, and works, but that's where the good parts end. The customer service is quite awful. They're very unprofessional, oftentimes rude or condescending. I wouldn't recommend this service if you don't know a lot about programming yourself, because when I needed help with starting the server, customer service asked me two questions, didn't fix the problem and just left it as it was. When I asked the following day for an update, they said that /I/ need to install the remaining packages, and when I said I did that, they said it should work then. ...The connection to the database didn't work at all. Basically I had to handle the problem myself, even though I was moving to a different server because of my original server being down - and I only got the new server for two months, even though I paid for a year in advance before the original server went down.
All in all, I got 6 months of working server in a price of 12, then had to set everything up myself with little to no help from the customer service after I had to move the server BECAUSE the service failed to create backups and move them themselves.

It's good if you need a very cheap hosting and you're ready to do everything yourself and you are not in any rush/hosting anything important. Otherwise, seek something more professional.

They failed to make a back-up and lost all my bot data. Would not recommend it to anyone. Found a better hosting.

Support is a little bit all slow but they more than make up for it with ridiculously low prices and a bloody lovely panel.

Very Great, Stable, Fast Hosting! Support is little bit lazy, but if you will buy hosting, you will receive everything in about 24 hours! Profesional Web Panel, cheap price, good support! Everything from about 0.50 Euro... Realy, BEST hosting I have ever seen.

Patience is key.
Things sometimes can take some time here, but the waiting is definitely worth it. The server has basically 99% uptime from my experience after using it for half a year now. You have plenty of ram and a bigger bot can easily run on it without any lags and I'm using standard. Managed to even host a website running along side the bot.

They have great customer service and help you as wuick as they can. The website is easy to use and navigate. Would recommend.

Pretty fast response, easy to use panel, VERY cheap (but good), overall really good service! Would recommend to any bot developer!
EDIT: I just set up the bot, the ping is very low, amazing!
EDIT 2: It's been over a month since I bought hosting. I love it, the option to use SFTP is really cool, renewed for 6 extra months!

This is a great host for price versus performance i suggest it if you want a host for your bot (small or medium) bot and cheap!

Honestly 5 stars, Service is impeccable, staff are extremely helpful, even if you're new with discord bots and/or computer programming. They're service is easy to use and no extra coding necessary unlike other file hosting websites. For An extremely low price, the product and staff are outstanding! Thoroughly recommended! I used this host for 3 years now. The owner was little bit sad about the 4 reviews here that where negative but yeah he never said that we could place an review. I think he was like I don't want to force people to place a 5 star review. So I think that is besides it is a really good host and servers for that only 0.50 dollar a month. And other reason to give this a 5 start review because I love people that don't force you to place a review.

This is the best hosting server out there and it’s the cheapest and most reliable service I have ever encountered it is that good.

Service is not handled well!

The owner is often mean to his customers.
Support takes days.
I had to pay the first day but only got my service 2 days later.
They have almost 0 knowledge on python which my bots use and sadly enough took another week to figure out.
they have no way for you to get your dependencies your project needs installed on your server manually.
the pterodactyl panel is very outdated and most of the items used aren't even copyrighted or are just open sourced, (you can use inspect element to figure this out on the website).
I wish it had better service.

Edit after reading through the other reviews: All the negative reviews are saying the others are from staff, but they're not. While their current process for managing transactions is a little janky, it's a genuinely amazing bang-for-your-buck service, and as long as you can be patient it'll work out well.

I really liked it in here. You literally cannot but anything better for this price!
