Wonderful customer care
I had emailed the service explaining that the item purchased was needed asap. I was emailed a response promptly and when I spoke to the seller they were empathic and did all they could so it was received efficiently. I am extremely grateful for their prompt, efficient and helpful service.

The walker that I bought had one faulty…
The walker that I bought had one faulty brake, discovered when assembled. I reported this and sent photos as you asked and was told another walker would be supplied, and was within 2-3 days and the faulty one taken away at the same time. All was done speedily and kindly. I was very impressed and pleased. Angela
