I did receive my back washes but after months of endless pointless phone calls and a lot of pleading . I would never use this company again

Absolutely appalling service and rude staff (as per other reviews)

Ordered a salon massage couch and it gave the option of a paper roll holder (at an additional £60) which I chose.....assuming it didn't come with one, or why would they allow the option??

When I asked if I could return it they stated it was ordered by me and I shouldn't have assumed!! But they are willing to credit me for it once they have deducted £33 collection charge!

Apparently they are well within their rights to add an option you don't need as and I quote "some people want more than one"

Had no interest in a sensible resolve. I dread anything happening to this product, I have no confidence they will honour a replacement or repair.

Ordered a barber station and to be honest for the money its very poor quality. Defects in the coating cracking chipped corner, sink leaked where they had siliconed the plug. Rang up to explain very rude told me to send them pictures on wats app which i did with no reply. Be very careful buying anything from this company as you will be very disappointed

Disgraceful service. If I could have shopped around then I would have. Please DO NOT use this dire company. The staff are rude and put you on hold for ages and don’t do anything about your complaint. I placed an order in October 2021 and I am still waiting for my refund. I call every week to be transferred to another department. Apparently the accounts department (if there is even such a thing with this company) only work on a Friday ??? I got told last month that my refund had been sent up to a manager to deal with. I think there are only 3 people who work at this company. One to answer the phone and pass you around , one to lie and tell you what you want to hear and one to pretend they are a manager. I will be calling every week until I get my refund. If DIR read this then please sort out my refund.

wouldn't bother awful company listen to the bad reviews avoid time wasters

This company is terrible the staff are rude and put you on hold for hours don’t do as they promise ever!!! We waited for units from may when they promised 6 times they were coming I asked for a refund and not received it spoke about my refund Monday and apparently it takes 28 days ! I will keep posting till my refund is through the next step is Martin Lewis avoid this company absolutely worst experience I have had why are they still allowed to trade the trading standards need to get involved .

Did not deliver products for over five months now, have had to keep calling and calling. Extremely rude staff.
Unprofessional offer to refund money after all this delay when I need my products urgently. Direct saying that they don't care about bad reviews or how frustrated their clients are when raising a concern. Appalling management.
