I am a Folkestone-based photographer, specialising in landscape and aerial photography. I attempt to capture what Mother Nature reveals along our beautiful stretch of the Kent coast. My recent work celebrates the changing relationship between the sea and the sky along our stunning coastline. I incorporate traditional and aerial photography to produce unique perspectives of Folkestone and the surrounding areas. These scenes are available to purchase as framed limited-edition prints, along with fine art, glass, and aluminium prints. I am available for commissions including commercial and product photography, as well as photographic workshops.

An excellent tutor!
Dirk is an excellent tutor. I was lucky enough to have a two hour tutorial with him and, being a complete novice, I was in need of a straightforward introduction to the world of photography. Dirk was able to explain the basics to me in a clear and concise way. The session was really practical, which I found so helpful, and by the end I felt like I had the confidence to be able to get started on my own and put my new found skills into practice. After the session, Dirk also shared some helpful notes with me, which I have since found to be a useful resource. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dirk to anyone looking for guidance, inspiration and motivation to use their camera.

Best Service available for anyone wanting quality prints
As a local photographer I have been using Dirk to produce my prints for a number of years, these have been supplied to many customers locally, nationally and sometimes worldwide. Each one has been top quality regardless of the size and also the mounting is top class, I have had some mounted and framed also with great results.
The service is very quick and personal and pricing is reasonable for the quality you get and if the order is for single items or multiple copies. I have no complaints and neither do my customers.
As Dirk is also a photographer he clearly understands what works and the result that is required and clearly puts time and effort into his work.
I see no reason why I would need to go elsewhere for my printing.
