The product delayed & incorrect when arrived

The product I’d ordered was in delay! So wait several weeks for it to arrive. Only to be sent the wrong thing which at the time was annoying. A quick phone call & received correct item the next day.

The item you ordered was listed on our website as on back order, with the expected availability date of mid-January shown at the top of the product page and again before the add to cart button. Once stock arrived as scheduled, your order was dispatched promptly.

Unfortunately, due to a labelling issue at the supplier, the wrong trolley was initially sent. As soon as you contacted us, we apologised for the mix up and we were able to resolve this straight away — the correct item was dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you acknowledging how quickly this was resolved. Thank you for your feedback.
