Outstanding service! Everything went super smoothly, great comms and keeping me up to date. I literally did not have to do anything, they took the car to the inspection, took care of all the paperwork and came to change the plates once all was done. It takes time yes, but it's more because of the Spanish paperwork that take some time. The service was worth every penny, fully recommend! :)

Amusing team Raudy and Mercedes. They did a fantastic job to get my car registered in Mallorca. Extremely professional and very nice people. They do everything for you. Can only recommend them.

Recomiendo con mucho gusto a Raudy por su excelente actitud, puntualidad y servicios increíbles en lo que respecta a la importación de vehículos, inspecciones técnicas (ITV), etc. Por ejemplo, ayer recogió mi coche para la ITV y le comenté que la bocina había dejado de funcionar de repente. La arregló él mismo, pasó la ITV sin problemas y me devolvió el coche en una hora. Un servicio de 5 estrellas.

Recomiendo a todo el mundo que trabaje con Driver’s Mallorca. Los contactamos en un momento poco conveniente, cuando de repente en Mallorca se tardaba mucho en conseguir cita para la inspección técnica del coche. Raudy nos atendió muy bien durante ese tiempo, se encargó de todo y se aseguró de que recibiéramos nuestras nuevas matrículas a tiempo.

We cannot thank Raudy enough for everything he did to help us.

We had already moved from the Netherlands to Mallorca when we needed to complete the purchase and export of our leased car from the Netherlands. As I was no longer physically there, the process could easily have become extremely complicated. Raudy speaks Dutch and went far beyond what we expected, taking phone calls on our behalf and helping us deal with the different stages involved in transferring the leased car into our ownership and then arranging its export from the Netherlands.

He then handled the Spanish side of the process as well. We had been facing delays of up to nine months in Mallorca, but Raudy was able to arrange for the registration to be completed through Alicante instead. He took care of everything and was always extremely proactive, responding to messages almost immediately whenever we needed him.

He also helped us deal with the municipality in Palma to collect our NIEs that were needed to register the car, communicating in Spanish and guiding us through the local administrative requirements. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for him.

The service went far beyond simply registering the car. While we were away on holiday, Raudy even collected the car from the airport and returned it there once everything had been completed. This meant that when we arrived back with our three children, we could simply collect the car and drive home without any additional stress or inconvenience.

Raudy provided an exceptional level of service from beginning to end. He helped us navigate the Dutch and Spanish processes, dealt with the paperwork and bureaucracy, and made an extremely complicated situation feel straightforward.

We are incredibly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Can’t recommend this company enough! I’ve had a tough time with cars recently and needed paperwork doing asap as I was wasting money on rentals 😅as soon as I got my paperwork together my side Raudy from direct drivers did the rest, really fast and really efficiently. He even delivered the paperwork to me at my convenience when it was ready. No puedo recomendar a Roudy lo suficiente.

El proceso de importación y matriculación de mi vehículo fue bastante complejo. El vehículo procedía de Polonia y surgieron varios contratiempos durante el proceso, incluyendo documentación extraviada y requisitos adicionales que tuvieron que resolverse antes de poder completar la matriculación en España.

Durante todo el proceso, Roudy fue profesional, paciente y extremadamente resolutivo. Me guió en cada paso, me explicó claramente lo que era necesario y trabajó incansablemente para asegurarse de que todo se realizara correctamente. Cada vez que surgía un problema, encontraba una solución y me mantuvo informada en todo momento.

Lo que podría haber sido una experiencia muy estresante y complicada resultó mucho más sencilla gracias a sus conocimientos, experiencia y dedicación. Su atención al detalle y su perseverancia fueron fundamentales, y sinceramente no creo que hubiera conseguido completar el proceso con éxito sin su ayuda.

Hoy mi vehículo está totalmente matriculado en España y estoy enormemente agradecida por todo el trabajo que realizó detrás de escena para hacerlo posible.
