Really helpfulwhen I had to change the car I was buying. Cancelled, refunded then re-instated a new policy on the different vehicle. Took the admin hassle away from me and sorted it all. Great transaction all in all

Dear Stehen, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We take one-star reviews and bad customer experiences extremely seriously; however, on this occasion, I'm not sure what we could have done differently. It appears you have given us a one-star review simply because we only have a handful of reviews on TrustPilot.
Direct Car Warranty is part of the Motor Gap Group, which has been trading for over 15 years and has gained 20,000+ 5-star reviews across our multiple motor insurance brands.
If you have specific concerns about our policies, please feel free to contact our team at customercare@directcarwarranty.co.uk
A good deal price wise. Hopefully when it comes to repairs that will be the same.

Spoke to a friendly gentleman on the phone to answer some questions and get a quote. He was very helpful and professional. I was happy with my price so purchased a warranty for my electric car. Got my cover to start when I wanted. Very happy with my experience and cover price.
