Two missed collections in a row. No explanation given & no attempt to arrange another date. Customer service say they will get back to me and never do despite me chasing constantly, so going around in circles. They wont let us cancel our contract either no now having to pay a new contractor to actually do the job as well as continue to pay this company to do nothing.

Every time I order I need to do via telephone as it won't allow me to do so online. I get sent a purchase order make payment then get emails days later saying payment has not been made. After repeated telephone calls photo evidence of bank payments I still get told they are not paid. Customer service is appalling.

I made a purchase on the 25/9/2026. I then received two emails advisng that I hadn't paid for the item, and my order would be cancelled. The payment went out of our account on the 28th September, by 15/10 I rang and then sent an email. I still have not recieved the item. I rang again today 19/10/26 by order will be delivered in the next 5 days. No apology or updates. This is is nearly a month! Very bad service probably will not use again.

The products are good but it took about 2 weeks to arrive. Please always give updates after purchase, it will give one an idea of the delivery time.

Dealing with Mark Charman was very easy. His help in arranging my disposal of sharps bins was definitely needed. The 1 of the bins i had was wrong. Many thanks
