to be honest the feedback they have i will not be using them

I ordered 2 desk fans on ebay from direct2publik. One arrived and stopped working after a few days. The second one never arrived (refund received). I returned the first item using direct2publik's courier, Evri (Hermes) following all their instructions. Nowhere in those instructions was there a requirement for me to personally send tracking details to direct2publik. I handed the parcel to the courier on 2nd August and I watched her scan the label. We all know what happens when the label is scanned. The recipient, direct2publik, receives an email from Evri (Hermes) advising them that the parcel had been collected and giving them details of the sender along with a tracking number. Suspecting that direct2publik might try sharp tactics, I had also added my own label with sender's name, address and order number (and I photographed this). After two weeks, I chased for the refund and had a response from direct2publik stating that they couldn't process the refund until I provide them with tracking information. As mentioned above, I watched the courier scan the label, as did my CCTV. I'll open a dispute with Paypal if I don't receive a refund but the company's tactics are disappointing to say the least. I'm surprised that their rating on Trustpilot isn't lower. If the rating was based on all the recent reviews, it certainly would be. Avoid!

Pretty certain this is a scam company with no legitimate business ethics! They sent me a faulty and wrong product from the one advertised, responded once with a return label, that was a month ago and I still have no refund and they are now ignoring me, avoid them like the plague if you don't want to be ripped off!

I ordered a product through wowcher which was unsuitable. I returned it to Direct2public the very next day via parcel shop. The parcel was uplifted by the courier 20 days ago, despite sending emails and telephoning them I have been unable to get an update, refund or direct response. I have also contacted the courier who told me to Contact Direct2public. Still no joy, I would never order from them again. Do not order from this company.

I purchased a power sprayer in July 2021. The sprayer was absolutely useless from the instructions, which were blurry. I had to use YouTube to find similar products,to give me any chance of actually assembling the product.Eventually, we put the pressure sprayer together, it literally was useless.
I contacted the seller, who offered me £6.00 to keep the product. I refused and sent at least 6 emails confirming my refusal and asking for the next steps.I was advised after 4 weeks to send the product back. The product was sent back on the 10th August 2021. And after several emails, I still haven’t received a refund.
