I bought the eyeshadow but I don’t have it

I bought the eyeshadow, but several days later, Dior e-mailed me that my order has been canceled. If I cannot buy the products, please just refused my order, don’t cheat on me. And now, Dior request my comment, review and advise before arrived of my package. This is so ridiculous.

I'm so pleased with everything

I'm so pleased with everything, friendly website for the orders, and the whole process makes it so easy and the gift you get for getting such a great Frangances from Dior.
Highly recomended.

There's a persisting payment issue…

There's a persisting payment issue where I am unable to use my credit card on 4 different devices, 2 different network connections, and 3 different credit cards. The only way I was able to pay for my item was through paypal. I reached out to support a couple weeks back and their solution was to have me call in, which is not a solution.

Luxury all the way!

I have only ordered twice in the past couple of months and so far I’ve had incredible service. Love both the products I ordered and they way they are packaged is so luxe! You will not be disappointed.

Just one thing

Just one thing. I planned to use the sample items myself but they came inside the gift box with the main gift. It was so beautifully packaged that I could not bear to break in to retrieve my samples! I will over-wrap the entire box (marked Dior) as I do want the recipient to be surprised.A glorious Dior package! Lovely, and promptly delivered!

amazing from beginning to end

the packaging, the shipping, the product itself. This store is off the charts, it is by far the best shopping experience of makeup I've ever had and I'm so pleased that now I want to get Dior products for every person in my family, so pleased!
