I ordered my perfum before i even smelled it.. i never do that and i love it beyond ..packaging beautiful.thank you so much my birthday felt extra special!!

Everything was fine, it was a good experience shopping at Dior.

I love Dior products, this was my first time purchasing through Dior online... and unfortunately am very disappointed. My views towards this brand and team dropped greatly.
Couldn’t process payment with multiple credit cards. Reached out to customer service through email, which they did nothing to fix, just said there must have been an issue with final processing. Therefore reached out to customer service through phone calls, which they disconnected without answering. ( 2 out of 2 times, waited over 10min for one.) Ended up paying with PayPal, but the free gifts that were supposed to come with my purchase (and advertised in the banner on their website) disappeared through this process. Highly disappointed and do not recommend purchasing anything through Dior online.

I’ve been using Dior for years now! I will never go elsewhere for make up, perfume, face wash etc! Luxurious and amazing I’m a customer for life!!

Just amazing.Dior is my favorite brand.Best of the best.

You order. They Send you Shipping Confirmation with tracking number. After that, they use package intercept to recall the package. not refund for recall the package. They thing people’s not true. Try to steal luxury produc. I have to file clam with my bank. Be aware

I was so happy when my package came earlier than expected! The packaging was amazing and all so neat, my product and extra products included were all in perfect condition, I loved fragrance and would highly recommend buying!

Purchased an item on Dior.com..
Did not receive item sent back to warehouse..
Dior Warehouse confirmed that they received the package.. Still did not get refund... Called Dior 5 times and every sales rep tells me a different answer..
Dior isn't 100% on their POLICY!

Beautiful packaging and high quality products

When you buy designer items, free return shipping should be offered or at least have a pre-shipping label include in the box for easy sent back. I shouldn't have to pay $13 for return shipping!!

I want to contact with the agent through Dior website, but never works.

I received my $40 lipstick and it was way too bright. I looked up the Dior return policy which instructed me to mail it back to their return department for a refund. I spent $9.75 and mailed it back with a receipt. I did that 10 days ago. I have not been refunded. When I tried to call their customer service number, I stayed on hold for 29 minutes and then they disconnected me without ever speaking to a human. If you want to buy Dior products, buy from a retailer, not through the Dior site.
