Customer service is non-existent for their cosmetics line and this also applies to their chat online service. I’ve also written emails and have yet to receive a response. I did not receive the additional samples or promotional materials listed if I purchased the amount they listed. It’s been irritating to say the least that you would expect more from a company that is supposed to be higher end. It sounds like their call line just keeps hanging up or restarting the wait time. Will not purchase cosmetics or perfume from them again. Also, my purchases aren’t even noted for their loyalty program.

Horrible customer service. I can not believe how Dior could tell my return had an odor that was caused by me after Dior received my return 21 days. Don't you think Dior should tell the customer right away if the return has any problem? How do I know what happened in those 21 days (after Dior received it)? But I was blamed. Dior canceled my return. To be honest,
I didn't try it on at all, I just opened the package and took a look at it when I received it, and put it back in about 30 seconds.

First and Last Purchase from Dior
Purchased the Bee Bracelet from Dior and received it 2 weeks ago. I don’t play sports or go rock climbing, I work in an office, and within 2 weeks, one of the stones has fallen out and the CD initial has fallen off. Dior jewelry quality is junk and I’ll stick with Givenchy. Lesson learned. I wish I could upload pictures.

I really enjoyed surfing on the site because it includes lots of pictures and most items have many reviews on them. My only problem really was figuring out my size, so it would be nice if the website helped out in sharing the equivalent sizes in different countries rather than just giving measurements but other than that, my experience shopping was great and I wanted to buy everything to be honest 🙂

They don’t care. If you use this company and things go wrong. DO NOT expect them to help. One of their staff or the delivery service they use have stolen sunglasses out of the parcel. When i got to the door to take the parcel the driver was already back in the van and making a swift exit before I had realised it was an empty box. Do they care. No they DO NOT. £360 down and still no sunglasses. Dior and UPS should be ashamed of themselves. Disgusting customer service from both.

I bought this handbag as a birthday present for my wife. However, my wife didn't like the color of the bag so I had wanted to repurchase a black one after returning it.
But it came back to me again because the warehouse insisted the bag was not in perfect condition. The problem is that the bag returned to me is not the one I sent. This bag appears to have been used. The handle of the bag had scratches, all protective films were peeled off, and the packaging of the strap was also peeled off. The pockets in the bag were stretched out. And the color of the white bag had faded. It is a bag that has been used for a long time just by looking at it. Even there was no authenticity card and three badges in the returned package.
I've only had this bag for 10 days, can it be turned into this old condition? I returned my handbag in perfect condition as it was when I received it. The returned bag is not mine. I am sure the warehouse sent me the wrong one.
I want to know who inspected my handbag. And I request the recorded video of your employees opening the package I sent, inspecting it, and sending it to me back. If you can't show me the video, you won't be able to prove that you didn't swap bags in the warehouse. Dior must not stand by. Please conduct a thorough investigation into this issue.
I have already posted this case on an online site. Unfortunately, I found out that there are several people like me. And in the future, I plan to post this issue on the other major sites. Dior must be aware of this absurdity that often occurs in warehouses.
I strongly insist on either returning the bag to me in the same condition I sent you or a full refund for the bag.
The look of the bag I received was that it had a protective film in perfect condition, was packaged in a pretty gift box and contained an authenticity cards and three badges.
It is terribly disappointing that this has happened to the world-famous luxury brand Dior. I ask for a thorough investigation so that a victim like me does not happen again.
I want a direct reply from the Supervisor at Dior headquarters.
