Dion is a scam. They only have an email address to contact them, and they never respond. I’ve contacted them 4-5 times regarding a package I never received. And I got no response. I contacted them through their email, as well as their Instagram page. And have not received a response in either place. They said they delivered my package to Florida when the shipping confirmation they sent me was clearly to California, then all of a sudden my tracking number didn’t exist either. The company they use for shipping is a fake company and you can’t get through to anyone. They will steal your money and you will never hear from them again. Also, you can’t find them on BBB. It’s great that Trust Pilot forwards the reviews to the company, however, the company is a scam. So they are not going to do anything about it.

It's SCAM!!!be careful, they give you tracking number which is not yours then when parcel says delivered they saying sorry wrong tracking then again give you different and again it's not your parcel!!they just stealing money.and in the end no reply and block you.

Don’t give them money for shipping if they reach out. It’s a SCAM

Beware of this company- not honest. I am a brand ambassador and I was promised $500.00 per photos per month and $1,000 sign on bonus for buying items and posting about them. I liked the products, but the company never paid me their promised fees. They were not honest and it wasn’t comission. I contacted them several times and never heard back, got the run around and excuses. Don’t be an ambassador. I paid money for shipping. It’s a scam. Beware ambassadors.

The products are wonderful. They look so classy. Also, I received the commissions and therefore this is very legit. Those people who says that it's a scam, maybe was just scammed from agents who are pretending to be from Dion but they are not because I have received the oroducts and commission therefore I can conclude this is legit. This is a scam. They take your order and money then say goods have been delivered when they have not. They offer ro refund your money without shipping costs so keep the money. I am still waiting fie any money to be refunded. DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM !!!!!!

I just want to share my experience with this shop. First of all, all the stuff from managers to admin all I can say is that they very accommodating. They are easy to approach and they address issues right away. The items are actually stunning and worth more than the shipping expense, and I can't really believe that they are for free. The shipping takes around 15 days, at first I thought this brand is scam and fake and I was nervous because I thought it will never come, but they were not, the manager that is handling me is always updating me with the item, at the same time you can also track the location of your parcel. Overall its 5/5 for me, they deserve my 5 stars as they are trustworthy, real and legit shop, and compared to other brand their items are pretty good. Keep it up! I can't wait to order again😍
