Great Service and Quality Product
We have had regular deliveries over a number of years now. We find the quality of the products very good and enjoy the range on offer. It's a super convenient service for us and our freezer is always well stocked ☺️
We always get great service from Robbie (944). He's super cheerful, goes the extra mile to make sure we get the products we want and fits in the deliveries to suit us. Robbie is the very definition of service with a smile!

Top Notch Quality Food
I have been purchasing products from Dining Solutions for several years. I have always had the same Rep (Tracy 893). She has never been pushy even when I have had to say no due to lack of freezer space. The products are of much higher quality than supermarkets and the price reflects this. The ease of use and presentation of food has always been top notch and the saying ‘you get what you pay for’ is relevant here. I have never had anything unsatisfactory and look forward to my next delivery. Thank you Tracy for your knowledgeable friendly service.

I’ve been a customer of Dining Solutions for a few years now, and honestly, my freezer has never been so smug. It’s fully stocked, always prepared, and quietly judging anyone who still has to plan meals. The food is consistently good, and having a range of options ready to go means I can pretend I’m organised even on days when I’m absolutely not.
Our delivery guy, Robbie (944), deserves his own fan club. He turns up like a ray of sunshine, armed with a smile and the latest “Have you seen this one?” product suggestion. No pressure, no sales pitch — just the enthusiasm of a man who clearly enjoys showing off the goodies. If charm were a product, he’d be delivering that too.
Great meals, great service, and a delivery driver who could brighten a power cut.

Juicy Thick Ribeye Steaks
Bought some lovely thick Ribeye Steaks from Steve (a really great guy and he certainly knows his stuff!).
I cooked them medium rare and they came out incredibly succulent and juicy. Melted like butter in your mouth. Top meat! Highly recommend.

Tracey (893) visits regularly - great she comes to us as we are 8 miles away from nearest shops. Products are tip top quality that can always be relied on - favourites being large uncooked prawns, burgers, salmon fillets (which are such a good size can be shared between 2), and pastry parcels with various fillings!

3018 - Simon was really helpful when his van came into our close for the neighbours order. He showed me what was available and we ended up with a ‘roast selection’ (gammon, pork, beef and lamb). The food was lovely and we had it all with the family in different occasions through the Christmas break. Only suggestion I would have would be labelling the meat as I genuinely couldn’t really the difference between the gammon and pork or beef and lamb when it was frozen. All good though as it was all tasty.

Robbie 944...Always pleasant , friendly and helpful .He pops round every couple of months to make sure we're all stocked up, and we can give him a call if we need something before his next visit ! The produce we buy is always of 1st class quality. Our usual go to are stuffed pork, king prawns, mixed grill or Barbecue boxes and the carvery Box we get every Christmas. All delicious ! Would recommend Dining Solutions.

Restaurant Quality, and the service is consistently great!
We’ve been using Dining Solutions Direct for a good few years now and have always been extremely impressed. The quality of the food is excellent, with a fantastic variety to choose from. Everything feels like true restaurant-quality, and the service is consistently great.
Our rep, Tracey (893), is absolutely lovely — always extra helpful and very friendly, which makes a big difference. While the products are on the more expensive side, the quality and portion sizes are first class. They’re simply not comparable to supermarket produce, so we’re more than happy to pay the extra for such high standards.
