My favourite gym for HIIT classes in London (called Matrix here). They have some amazing instructors and the classes are challenging.

Friendly staff, good amenities, motivating teacher

I love Digme gyms! Classes are incredible, good locations & facilities great. You can find anything you need in the changing area - just bring your gym gear. Definitely recommend

I came as love stats and thought there would be more focus on that but it wasnt touched on much. Will try other classes too though as have heard good things. Love that the class had more focus on higher resistance and slower speeds rather than classes going so fast you cant keep up and no resistance.

Lovely gym but the classes don’t change much between instructors - would be good to see some alternative workout routines

Great place to start the day at.

I love the RIDE class with David, by far my favourite class in London! friendly staff, (not too cool to speak to you unlike other studios!) good equipment, good stats, usually good music (choose the right instructors) and good availability and timetables. nice showers and facilities.

Excellent instructors. Classes are in line with descriptions on the website: what you see is what you get.

It’s good but the bikes are too close together and the music isn’t loud enough.

I turned up 2 minutes late to a spin class and the staff turned me away which I think was a little anal but understandable. I’ve done many spin classes with cleats and I’m a university cyclist (I even had my own shoes with me) but they wouldn’t take that as adequate preparation to clip in and out of a spin bike. They were very rude though and extremely unhelpful in terms of the lost credit. I’m a student and having spent a lot of money on classes, I thought they might’ve been a little more polite.

Decent classes and good equipment and friendly people. Very expensive though.

I’ve done classes at Digme in Oxford and London and always enjoy them (whilst simultaneously sweating LOADS). Changing are always nice and staff are all very friendly

Great mix of movements and a great workout

All the studios & instructors are great, Perform is a personal favourite for tracking improvements in fitness. I really like how all the classes are tailored to individual performance and having it up on a screen makes me work even harder!
