Exceeded all of my expectations...thank you George

I purchased one of the one of Digital Anarchy's software plugin's despite having little knowledge of how to use it. I called for assistance and reached George who requested that I send a sample video. He was absolutely helpful and clearly devoted significant time to finding a solution. I am extremely grateful and would recommend the company without hesitation.

I purchased this software expecting…

I purchased this software expecting teeth whitening functionality, which apparently isn't included yet - something that wasn't clear from the product description. The flagship "shine removal" feature is disappointingly slow, failing to render in real-time or even at reasonable speeds on my RTX 4090. Additionally, the masking tool has consistent bugs when used with DaVinci Resolve. While the software may offer some benefits, its current performance issues and missing features don't justify the $200 price tag.

Hi Jim, You are correct. Sorry, it turns out that we announced some of the AI features prematurely. The AI stuff turned out to be way more difficult than expected. So the teeth whitening got delayed as did the GPU optimization. So all the new AI features are running on the CPU, hence the current slowness with shine removal. (the rest of the plugin is GPU optimized and should render in realtime) So we're working on that now and should be done soon. The good news is the teeth whitening feature is done and just waiting on the GPU inference engine. If you want a beta version to check out, just email us, but without the GPU support it's slow to render. Best, Jim Tierney, President, Digital Anarchy.

Great software, but not immediate access to software.

Normally when you buy software online, it's available to download straight away. I purchased Flicker Free, which was over £100, but I recieved no email confirmation, no serial number, no invoice. I sent several emails and they eventually sent me the info, which was too late for my deadline. Great software, but if you're in the UK be aware it's not an instant download.

Hi Laura, All our software and license keys are delivered via email, and usually it should be delivered immediately. Really sorry that it didn't, not sure why you didn't get the emails. Sometimes the emails go to spam or get blocked by corporate security software. That's not common but it does happen occasionally. Anyways, apologies for not getting it to you faster. We're based in the US, so there can be a delay in getting support for folks in Europe. Usually no more than eight hours, but on a tight deadline I understand that's pretty slow.
