I love customer support!!! i find it difficult as a Back Nine franchisee to copy phone numbers received and send a text from the Digi line, not sure if its just me or the method it becomes easier if i create a contact and i prefer to create a contact when the person becomes a member. Plaques came in all scratched and stained, COUPLED WITH terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, very dismissive and nonchalant. We received 2 plaques (one IG, another Google). They came all stained and scratched. When we reached out to them - the email address on their website wasn't functional. We then proceeded to leave a message on their website contact platform. We exchanged with seemed like a bot or AI, showed no understanding, no apologies, just arrogance. The plaques themselves do work. But the state they came in as well as the utter lack of support from customer services was horrendous. For this, we do NOT recommend this company.

Expensive no quantifiable benefit save your money
I ordered 5 and couldn't get the Instagram one to work. Their software is expensive. I don't think it helps get any reviews as our have actually dropped since we installed these and my manager hates how they look. We've had them for a year; pretty much a waste of money for our client base.
