Alongside our diverse range of wellbeing services, events, talks and workshops, we also offer venue and catering sourcing to help take all of the hassle out of your event and programme planning.
We pride ourselves on keeping our service incredibly high, yet our prices very reasonable as we are passionate about removing the 3 main barriers to people feeling well, which are:
- lack of time
- lack of resources
- decision fatigue and overwhelm.

We have been working with Emily for a number of years. It has been very easy and efficient to plan the quarterly wellness session to offer the company and Emily has helped curate these to our needs. We have had a mix of in-person and online sessions and a mix of mindfulness (breathwork and soundbaths) and physical (yoga, pilates and dance). The variety of options available has been amazing to keep interest high and bring more colleagues to the events. Every single event has always received great feedback and requests for more. I have really enjoyed the ones that I have personally been to! Many thanks to Emily and her team for proving such engaging and researched sessions.
Emily makes corporate wellness fun and refreshing! We love having her team come in to do breathing, desk yoga and talks. Would highly suggest for any workplace that wants to commit to having a healthier culture!
We had corporate sessions with Emily every Tuesday for over 2 years. This was genuinely the highlight of my week. Emily is an amazing instructor and made me fall in love with yoga. The weekly yoga in the sky session for all of the tenants at Brookfield Properties, as part of our ongoing 4 years of running their wellness program, have honestly been some of my favourite classes over the years, and a joy to run! Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us if you'd like to bring some more yoga or wellness sessions in to your individual offices!
