Diesel Emissions Arvostelua

Straight forward process and was explained thoroughly by Darren

Had a really good experience so far with diesel emissions, easy process.

It was very easy and straightforward to apply. All communications were very clear.

Good levels of communication and explanation, friendly and helpful advice

I can not comment really until my claim goes through that if it does and hopefully, at the end of it, I do jit want to be owing you.

Very please with the process and how this was dealt with involving and minimising personal disruption but still having time and opportunity to clarify any questions or concerns.

Very informative, all of my questions were all answered very honestly.

Good good good

Information and details

Their adverts say to check if your vehicle qualifies but all it does is want you to sign up without knowing if your car qualifies or not. Not something I would sign up to without knowing the facts. Sounds like a scam of some sort; I won't sign up

Polite and pleasant phone manner and very helpful

It was easy to join and the person i spoke with was very professional

Very helpful, friendly and clear about everything

First indications - but only just signed up, time will tell

Knowledgeable service, explained everything clearly.
Sign up very easy

This is the first time I have made a claim for any thing and I found the whole process confusing. I have not signed the confirmation yet as I find the contract to wordy for a simple member of the public. The company seen nice but forward in everything they do.

Professional call centre young man
Very explicit information
Hopefully all legitimate and possibly some compensation if Jaguar are guilty of deception
