Diecast Model Centre is a family owned and operated online model shop based in Somerset (UK) that was established in 2005.

At Diecast Model Centre, we believe that collecting models or giving them as gifts doesn't have to be expensive and in line that our core values are to offer our customers models of exceptional value and to provide a first-class shopping experience.

On our website you'll find all kinds of models not sold by many other retailers; models from brands you may have heard of such as Bburago, Maisto, Oxford Diecast and Solido, and from brands you may not have heard of such as Cararama, Model Car Group, Motormax and Welly.

We aim to make buying from us easy and enjoyable. Our online store is designed to be customer friendly, but should you have any queries either before, during or after making your purchase, we're here to help, either by email, phone or if you prefer, self-help with our comprehensive FAQ's.

Behind the scenes, we'll work tirelessly to get your order out on time with all in-stock items despatched within one working day. And, we won't skimp on the packaging either, using quality materials - mostly recycled or recyclable - so that your model has the best chance of reaching you in the same perfect condition as it leaves us.

Finally - we hope it doesn't happen - but, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Diecast Model Centre, please do let us know and we'll do everything we can to put right any wrongs - and, that's a promise!

Special birthday gift

From the point of ordering to delivery, I am absolutely delighted with the excellent customer service and regular update regarding delivery. The item was a gift and personalised for a special milestone and did not disappoint. It looks fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from you guys again.

Shocking service

Office is always closed so I can’t call to get through to anyone - my order doesn’t seem to exist and my postcode is invalid to check the delivery

Found the Diecast Model Centre whilst…

Found the Diecast Model Centre whilst looking for pre orders, Their prices and product content are very competitive, Pre ordered 2 Solido models one has arrived and the other is on the way, the whole experience has been fantastic, they have kept me informed emailing me when models are due, when arrived in stock and when dispatched, will definitely be buying from you in the future..

Land Rover miniature

I needed a Land Rover Defender as a topper for my husband’s birthday cake . ( It was important that it was a perfect replica in every detail) Diecast Model Centre had several to chose from ! I was delighted when my 90 pickup arrived … speedy delivery …. Excellent quality .. and favourable price point ! exactly what I was looking for ! Have recommended them to friends since !

Absolutely brilliant store

Absolutely brilliant store, made 3 orders been overly satisfied with each one, and Ian from customer service is an absolute star who will go out of his way to try and help with any enquiries! I could not recommend this store enough
