bought shoes of 527€ on 30/10/2025
They were too big so I send them back on 5/11/2025 on my costs of 39€
They received the return boots on 17/11/2025, confirmed by mail.
On 5/12/2025 I call their Customer Office in Torreglia, Padua, because no refund on my bank account,
the secretary tells me that the refund payment apparently didn’t go through, they send me a printscreen of some kind of payment to proof they payed the same day (5/12/2025)
Till this day a haven’t seen my money.
I’m still trying.
I don’t get any response anymore by mail…..
Very back experience, check the partners/retailers of luxury goods sold on internet . Especially from Bikkemberg because no reaction from their side neither.
