DIAMORAY Arvostelua

Really disappointed with the 2 enchanted Luster rings, the band width was thinner in size than the posted pictures on the website.

Super fast shipping! I got my rings in less than a week! Speaking of rings, they are beautiful! So sparkly and just like the picture. AMAZING value! I would buy from them again for sure! 10/10!

Beautiful ring , i really like it excellent service and value for money ,

Beautiful ring..looks very elegant and very authentic!

The website is great. The sizing is explained well and the rings are beautiful!

The two stone rings were beautiful .
The plain band was extremely thin, not like on the picture at all.
However I cannot wear them as I have ordered the wrong size, they are far too big for me.
Totally my own fault as I didn’t have a ring sizer and was guessing.

Well packaged and gorgeous. Thank you diamoray.

Perfect items and speedy delivery thank you 😊

Great company to deal with. If anything is wrong with order they have a great customer support.

The products are beautiful and the website is very appealing, but the overall experience was bittersweet. Shipping took much longer than promised, and the tracking stopped working. On the plus side, customer service was quick to respond and sent a replacement. However, I was disappointed by the packaging: generic boxes and far too much plastic. It didn't match the premium brand image they project; it felt more like a shipment from a budget Chinese store than from a UK store.

At first i was disappointed with my order. I ordered a ring and a necklace. I followed the size instructions on the website and did everything how they show you how to to it. I measured a 16 mm what a size 50 is. Once the order came in the mail i couldn’t fit in the ring. So i measured the ring amd the ring was a 15mm. What sounds like okay you wil fit in but no I can’t get is past the middle part of my finger. So i maild the costumer service. I told them everything i got a response in 1 day. They said to me they will send me free of charges a new ring in a bigger size. So im really happy with how they handled everything.
Still one thing. Because i ordered two pieces i should receive a free gift they told me it wil arrive a few days after my first package i still didn’t received it.

The necklace is stunning just like the picture.

One thing i will say is keep in mind that on the website they use eu sizes but they ship in US size. So take a look at the size chart and also keep in mind that there smaller than they should be

Amazing customer service, can not fault them at all. The items I received are gorgeous 😍.

Love my sparkly ring, even happier to receive the matching band

I seem to have the same 2 rings twice. They are exactly the same. Love the quality. Ive ordered a few times. Sad about the duplicates

I ordered and received the small eternity ring. It looks exactly like the picture and I am very pleased with it.

Overall excellent service and delivery, however the ring colour has already faded only after a few wear.

Fast delivery and very happy with the ring 🩷

Rings are lovely service has been extremely good

Beautiful ring customer service excellent

My ring came and it's absolutely stunning but was too big, I emailed them and they offered to send me the right size at no extra cost and I didn't need to return the other one.
Absolutely brilliant service and product, would definitely recommend.
