Excellent product. Excellent company. Excellent service.

We had our shutters installed at the weekend and are absolutely thrilled with them and how they look. They've also made a real difference regarding nighttime light and noise pollution.

If you’re looking for shutters, stop scrolling because Diamond Shutters is the real deal! From the very start, they just got it – proper family-run business vibes where you feel like they actually care. They really do bring the best service, start to finish, no fuss, no drama, just pure quality.

These guys know shutters like no one else. They’re like the godparents of shutters – and I’m serious when I say, no one’s going to beat them on price, service, or quality. I’ve just had mine fitted, and WOW, I know it’s “only shutters,” but they’ve transformed the whole room. Can’t stop cleaning and staring at them; they’re that good! 🤣

The fitters were true gents, worked fast, tidied up after themselves, and the finish was perfect. Not a single corner out of place. And Danielle – just the sweetest, looked after everything with so much care.

Thank you, Diamond Shutters! I’ll be back for the rest of the house soon. Absolute legends! 🥰

Diamond windows provided an excellent experience. The original survey was well explained and the price came up good. The installation was great. The staff arrived on the time arranged Were clean and tidy throughout. Their work was superb and would recommend Diamond windows throughout.

Sorry this review is a little late. This is the second set of shutters we have had from DIAMOND SHUTTERS and we are very pleased with both the quality, price and look of our shutters. From start to finish we could not fault the service we received. The fitters were absolutely brilliant and all of our enquiries were answered very professionally. Thank you

I remember the first day I walked into Diamond Shutters show room looking like a hot mess as I was in the middle of a my house move. The greeting I received was warm and welcoming, Danielle, Kevin and the rest of the team were very helpful. They talked me through everything and the prices are reasonable trust me on that one.
I waited patiently for my shutters and I am very very HAPPY with them. They are very firm and beautiful, they add that finishing touch to my home giving it a modern rich trending vibes.

I must also say thank you to the fitters they were very professional. They worked very quick and tidy, thank you guys.

Thank you Diamond Shutters it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Excellent service from start to finish as normal, I’m a repeat customer and have no hesitation in using Diamond Shutters.

As a family run business the customer service is more personal. I am absolutely thrilled from start to finish how they greeted me, to recommending the best shutters as a cat owner to final fitting.

Irrespective of my preference for wooden shutters, they made me see reason to purchase the PVC shutters, which would mean the cats would not be able to scratch or damage them. They were more focused on ensuring I got the best product, long durability and what was best for my home.

I was made to feel valued and not just a customer. I recommend them highly 👌

The staff were all so friendly and helpful from start to finish - measuring up to installation!
The shutters are of very high quality. They don't give total blackout but we were made aware of this before placing our order with Diamond Shutters.
I would definitely recommend this family run business.
