Diamond Shutters Arvostelua

Really helpful advice about shutter choices. Great communication throughout. Good quality product and reliable service

Completely customer focussed from quotation to fitting. On the day of fitting, they arrived on time, got with the job & cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.

Excellent service, very friendly from start to finish and the shutters look great!

I really am so pleased with the shutters. Ordering was easy , from the initial measure right up to fitting . A very professional company. Fitting was swift and the fitters worked quickly leaving the site clean and looking great. I would highly recommend Diamond Shutters

Great service, excellent finished product. Transformed our home!

Diamond Shutters was extremely helpful. Danielle in particular couldn’t have done more for us, she was prompt to respond, contacted me out of hours and was generally great! They repaired my shutters (purchased elsewhere) when nobody else would help. The repair was to an excellent standard! The fitter was brilliant. There was no hard sell or push to replace rather than repair! I only wish we had used them in the first place. I highly recommend them! Thank you Diamond!

We chose Diamond Shutters firstly to support a local business, and secondly because the original company we used for our kitchen blind weren’t flexible with payment options. Diamond Shutters offered a monthly plan, which made things much easier for us.

From start to finish, they’ve exceeded all our expectations. The lead time was a little while, but this was communicated clearly upfront, so we knew exactly what to expect. The shutters themselves look fantastic, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

I would highly recommend!

Really professional and helpful from enquiring through to fitting. Kept us in the loop and provided updates routinely whilst we waited for parts to be manufactured for our shutters. Final product looks great and was beyond what our expectations were. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Diamond Shutters were professional, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, from initial enquiry to fitting of the shutters.

I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent local company.

I am absolutely delighted with the shutters. They look so smart and are superbly well made. The fitters were excellent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having shutters installed.

Excellent service at both ends of the process!

The long wait for installation was the only downside but this was quite clearly stated when we first made enquiries and having placed the order, it gave me plenty of time to remove some redundant secondary glazing framework and make good.

We're extremely pleased with our purchase.

This is a wonderful local business. The service is friendly and professional from start to finish. A really lovely experience with beautiful shutters at the end. The price is also extremely competitive. I highly rate them and would most definitely recommend. You absolutely cannot go wrong.

Fitters arrived on time , they were quick, efficient , clean and polite.

Had my shutters fitted yesterday, I’m so pleased with them! They done a fantastic job and they look amazing. I have two awkward bay windows with a ceiling beam in the way so 3 other shutter companies had told me it was not possible to have shutters! I’m so glad I found diamond Shutters it was no problem for them. Customer service from start to finish was exceptional, I would highly recommend.

Very professional small company. I bought my shutters over 8 years ago and they still look great and recently I had them come back to sort one shutter out that had dropped slightly. Diamond Shutters were quick to respond, leaving a very happy customer. Can’t recommend them enough, no call centre or chat box nonsense - good old fashioned service!!

Excellent service. Great communication from site visit through to quote and installation. Installation team friendly, efficient and tidy.

Had my shutters fitted last week by this company. Fabulous service from start to finish. Great value and amazing quality. Would highly recommend them.

Diamond shutters overall service was first class from Jane talking us through all our options and explaining the time scale showing us different samples and colours etc then to the survey once again explained thoroughly and the fitters who were clean and tidy and did a brilliant job
Yes I would definitely recommend Diamond Shutters

Diamond Shutters was professional from the start to finish. We had shutters on our French doors and they look beautiful. I'm so pleased with them. From salesman, the office staff was helpful and kept us informed as it went along. The fitters were clean and tidy and very professional.

Really pleased with our new shutters. The initial survey carried out was quick and efficient and the surveyor explained the options available and approx costs. We then went into the showroom and had a good look at all available options, it was nice to be able to do this. All staff were friendly and approachable. We then had the fitters in to fit the shutters (it was for 2 windows) and they were done really quickly, they were neat and tidy and no mess. Happy with the fitters and overall experience with Diamond Shutters. I will be using them again once we are ready to fit the shutters for the remaining windows of our house.
