I had a pleasure of attending hair transplant at Diamond's of Hair at Istanbul. This is completely unbiased and honest review. I will start with "What an experience!". They deserve standing ovation as their team are collection of superheroes. Here are the reasons why:

1. Mr Yasin has been dealing with me since I raised my first query, engagement for travel to clinic and post operation questions, he is a keen listener, polite, service minded and knows how to put customers first. I did not see any change in his attitude and quality of responses even when I was evaluating the clinic, when I arrived, paid and had treatment, and now ask questions e.g., can I take haircut etc. Well done Yasin!
2. Secondly, transport was luxury every time, from airport to hotel, from hotel to clinic and back to the airport. One of the driver even bought me coffee with his own money and would not take money despite me insisting - he said it's Ikram means hospitality.
3. Hotel location and room was excellent 👍.
4. Senem, Eda, and Askin worked tirelessly about 10 hours to deliver an excellent hair transplant of 4600 grafts. I have shared a picture at the end of operation. You will not see they are tired. They did not take any short cuts to deliver the best they could do for me. Thanks from the bottom of my ❤️!
5. Finally, Omer, the translator was continuously checking if I was comfortable and sharing stories of time he visited London for English language course.

I went for the operation on my own and they did not make me feel lonely at any point.

Needless to say that took my ECG and blood pressure to ensure I was fit for the operation.

I cannot recommend diamonds of hair in Istanbul highly enough! From the very start, they made my journey so seamless.

Their methodical and customer-focused approach was evident throughout the entire process. From initial communications while I was still home in the uk to pre-op consultations where they ensured I was comfortable and happy with all the requirements, to the actual treatment itself—which was done with great care and completely pain-free—to the post-op support, including washes, cleaning, and detailed aftercare instructions, everything was exceptional.

The staff genuinely made me feel safe, supported, and valued at every step. Their focus on customer care is unparalleled, and it’s no surprise they are leaders in the industry. Airport vip transfers and hotel was exceptional services also, if your thinking about the transplant it’s definitely a no brainer to use these guys!

First of all. They are amazing. Good price and excellent service. I’m a Indian living in UK. In UK it’s expensive to get hair transplantation . So i started looking for turkey and I found this place from Instagram. All my communication was through WhatsApp. I’m a guy who don’t trust people easily and i was a bit concerned about the authenticity of them. I talked to a guy who did his surgery here and i was convinced. I thought it was too good to be true, but it is true. From the first contact to end of procedure, they gave me all support. I highly recommend them if you’re planning to save money and get good experience and result.

I have just finished my hair transplant surgery at Diamonds of hair and I can honestly say, I’m so relieved it is finally done. From the moment I messaged, I had been very skeptical due to the travel and the cleanliness and so on.

But hats off, from the Initial WhatsApp, to getting picked up in luxury travel to the hotel. The surgery went really well. The only pain was the numbing at the start. Then I got to watch my TV and let the experts do what they needed to do. A big hats off to them all. Roll on the finished article in 6+ months!

Excellent service received from the minute I arrived in Istanbul. A driver was waiting to bring me to the hotel which is very clean and comfortable. All other transfers to and from the clinic were provided in high quality cars. The clinic is very nice and clean and all staff are very friendly and welcoming. A 5 star experience overall, I am very happy so far. I should have done this years ago!

I came all the way from the UK and the service from diamonds of hair was amazing and their customer service is sky high. The hotel they arranged was super and it’s close to metro which helped to visit Istanbul attractions. I was nervous initially but when I saw the facility and staff, I realized the professionalism they have in this felid which gave me confidence and reduced my nervousness. They completed my surgery today and I feel the result will be high.

My experience with them from the first contact and throughout my entire stay in Istanbul was very good.

When I first contacted the clinic with my initial enquiry I got a prompt reply and was asked to submit my photos.
After an initial consultation and agreeing on a price and transplant technique I set up the date for my surgery.
The clinic organised my airport transport and the hotel.

The representative was extremely friendly and polite throughout the whole time I communicated with him and was willing to sort out any problem straightaway.

The clinic itself looked extremely elegant and professional.
The whole staff was very friendly, polite and attentive.

My hair transplant went smoothly and without any problems.
After the surgery I was given oral and written instructions and supplied with medication and hair products.

Overall, I’m very happy with my choice regarding the clinic and the outcome of my treatment.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is interested in having the hair transplant.

This Hair Transplant Clinic in Istanbul; Turkey came highly recommended from very good & reliable source, as – God only knows how many there are, but apparently few hundred?
Initial contact is made via obtaining their website “Link” on a social media “WatsApp” and add your details on to their web page. A quick reply given by an Agent, (same agent you deal with from beginning to end), working on behalf of the Clinic makes an introduction and formalities being discussed with text messaging.
Request is made of 6- photographs taken at different angle, including of top of your head. Once you’ve made your mind-up, you request for an appointment date for clinic and Hotel room availability, next thing you’re making reservation for flights, as this NOT included in the package?
As previous clients have mentioned the package includes complete hair transplant procedures by fully qualified staff, good drivers handling VIP Transfer vehicles, comfortable Hotel stay and emasculate clinic and 1-cost covers it.
The moment you arrive, next day for the procedure, smiling and friendly Doctor will greet you warmly with fully explained and I.D. confirmed with Passport, further formalities of signing few Document and finally payment collected. Opportunity for Question & answer “open” at any time and throughout.
Method is done in a calm way, everyone at ease. Take to transplant room where Hair line is decided for suitability, hair trimmed, head washed and the procedure begging’s as lay face down on a surgical flatbed with face ring cut-out. I don’t wish to put anyone off this procedure, ( worth it in end), but at the beginning it will be painfully bad-even shad a few tears ((: Clients will be very well taken care of :)) To date this is one happy customer.
Their timing is without fault, very punctual in all manner of taking care of their customers, until you return back home.

I first enquired via WhatsApp and Yasin is absolutely amazing - available to answer any questions I had anytime of the day. He made the online consultation and booking so easy.

Clear instructions are given as to where to go for airport pick up before I travelled . Transfer was in a private VIP vehicle which took me straight to the 5* hotel.

The following day was my procedure where I was picked up from my hotel in the VIP vehicle to the clinic. The clinic is immaculate and has a very high standard of hygiene. Excellent customer service from Cengiz who explained everything to be prior to the procedure in detail. He translated everything for me throughout the day - although the doctors do speak and understand basic English well. Throughout the procedure. Cengiz and the doctors were always asking me if I was ok and if I needed anything (toilet, food, drink).

The day after the procedure Cengiz arrived at my hotel and demonstrated how to wash my hair. He is fantastic and very thorough.

All in all a fantastic experience, very happy with the service and the procedure. I am looking forward to start seeing results in the coming months!

This is an honest review I'm from Ireland. I was very nervous about coming here. I think I changed my mind about 30 times before the flight over haha . But as soon as I landed the car that picked me up was amazing then the hotel and then room was sooo nice staff ect did everything. They Evan upgraded me to a better room. So the second day was still very nervous got picked up the staff were very caring really put me at ease made me feel calm. The hospital it self is very posh very clean sat down and chatted sighned a few forms talked about my what I wanted . The doctors and nurses where so nice . I had about 3 doctors . I didn't feel any pain at all 00000 pain . Which made it a lot better I fell asleep about 4 times I think I was snoring haha we took a break they had lovely food in the hospital turkish kebab that I really wanted to try as I was in turkey . Then finished the appointment . Sat down talked about a few thing back to hotel. Feeling 1000 happy next day washed my head gave me hair products shampoo ect . Bottom line for me I was looking at loads of places so happy I picked these guys very professional caring trust worthy they did a great job . As I said honest review 100 percent from Ireland 🇮🇪 . Very very very very happy with everything they provided and very good price . Thank you so much again guys really appreciate all the work you did for me.

From my initial inquiry I was made to feel at ease, all of.my questions were answered promptly , the response was very fast. From giving in my flight details everything else was arranged Hotel was amazing Arjaan by Rotana, big apartment staff were great and a lot of people there that had had surgery so you didn't stand out or feel out of place. Transfers were very promp and on time. DIAMONDS OF HAIR staff on the day of surgery were excellent made me feel at ease talked me through everything I had 5000 grafts only bit of pain I felt was the initial numbing of the donor area after that not a thing it's been 5 days since the transplant and no.pain I have medication that was given to me.to bring home with clear instructions. I couldn't recommend DIAMONDS OF HAIR enough. Just looking forward to seeing the results now.

The whole experience was amazing from the first message the staff have been there anytime I need . They sorted the hotel and the transfer from and to the airport and from clinic . The surgery was painless and the doctor's explained everything perfectly .

I had looked a several places both in the UK and Turkey, I have to say that I made the right decision to use Diamonds of hair in Istanbul. Everything was smooth, transport was clean and reliable the clinic was exactly as you see it online and the staff were amazing. I am now at day 11 and the results are amazing. If you are seriously considering do it then I would highly recommend this company.

I found diamonds of hair on instagram dropped them a messege & we started talking on what’s app they understood everything I asked and then set everything up for me from there I then traveled from the West Midlands to diamonds of hair out in Istanbul and from when I landed at the airport from the transfers to the hotel & to the clinic absolute 10:10 the service can not fault them what so ever the staff was very friendly & helpful threw out & spoke very good English I’m day 8 post op and are already amazed with the results so I can only imagine what it will look like after 6 months / 1 year very excited to see the final results just want to thank diamonds of hair once again for everything & to anybody at looking to get a hair transplant then look no further then diamonds of hair 💯 💎
