We went to the diamond factory Cork Ireland and had an appointment with Caoimhe. From start to finish she was very patient and helpful there was so many different styles and types of gold. I had an idea of the style of engagement ring and budget. By changing the size of the stones we were able to afford the ring that I liked. There is so much choice so it was hard to choose. Caoimhe was very patient and explained everything in great detail. Once we decided on the ring it then we were given the option or collection or delivery so since we lived so far away we got it delivered and it was perfect. I will buy all my jewellery from the diamond factory i future and have recommended it to many of my friends. It is great to have a good quality piece of jewellery that is affordable. Thanks to the diamond factory team for a beautiful ring and for keeping me updated with the process from start to finish.

I chose to purchase a platinum wedding ring but i needed help with sizing.I clicked on "request a call back" several times over a two week period without reply.I clicked on "live chat" several times over the past two weeks without reply and i rang the Dublin number several times without reply - nobody home? - extremely poor!!

Jemima was fantastic. she made the whole process stress free and easy and i can not fault her in any way. The company as a whole is another story. quoted 3-4 weeks for the ring to be made and shipped. orders it 5 weeks before my proposal. It did not arrived and had no choice but to do it with a fake ring that looked close to what i bought.

An absolutely unreal experience from design to collection in the Cork store with Jana! The ring turned out exactly to what we wanted and more! Maggie did say yes OF COURSE!!

They do not have customer service just want to sell and get the money. if you are going to buy anything from them do not pay until you got the piece.
