Right from the start, Uttam and Riddhi have been the most welcoming, helpful and friendly jewellers I could have ever asked for. Buying an engagement ring is obviously a BIG deal, but they made the process so simple, personalised and exciting. I was nervous at first, but they were able to make me a beautiful, custom design that was exactly what I imagined. They worked with me to craft my dream ring, and my mouth literally dropped when I finally saw it in person. The process is quick and efficient too - Uttam answered so many of my questions with such a positive attitude, and you can really tell they genuinely care about their customers. I even spoke to Uttam over the phone, and he was incredibly reassuring about the whole process - he was able to go back and forth with me, making sure I was 100% happy with the final product. Lastly, their lab-grown diamonds are affordable, ethical, and conflict-free - I'm also honestly so happy to support a Desi, woman-led small business.
