Such a beautiful lab grown diamond necklace for my daughter’s 18th. Really lovely, will definitely order more items in the future. Great communication and came before expected. Really happy all round.

Great website so easy to use and checkout. Excellent communication regarding my order which arrived very well packed and exactly on time.

Dear all,

I don’t normally do this, however, due to the exceptional service I have received over the last 24 hours from you, I felt compelled to email you.

I have just ordered an Olivia 18ct white gold, 5ct diamond tennis bracelet, I’m hoping it arrives before 1pm Wednesday 11th Feb as this is a valentines gift.

The service I have received from Saskia has been incredible and at a level that most companies would envy.
Saskia listened to my questions, she was so knowledgeable and even sent me videos through of her wearing a couple of different sizes for me so I could make an informed decision, she even followed up with calls to help.

This level of service not only reflects brilliantly on her but she has represented your company to the highest of standards and has secured a returning customer.

I hope this email finds its way to your MD or owner as she truly deserves recognition.

Thank you!
Graeme

Fantastic service and really quick delivery. Quality of item was superb.

After ordering it was a really quick delivery
I was kept in the loop regarding delivery
And the bracelet I bought it’s beautiful piece
Very pleased with this company
First time I’ve used them
But will definitely be buying from them in the future

I ordered from Diamonds & Co as they had just what I was looking for, with a price tag that worked for me. I was not disappointed. My earrings arrived promptly and I was very impressed with the quality of both the packaging and the jewellery. My husband was with me when I opened the package and has now made a note of Diamonds & Co who he will use in future. As will I for gifts for our daughters.

Lovely diamonds, beautiful packaging and quick delivery. I have a beautiful gift for a really great price. Very pleased!

Gift box.
Having bought a pair of amethyst stud earrings as a surprise present for my wife, which she really likes and they do look good. However because they are studs and quite small 6mm I think that they would present better if the box was more suited to the size of the product

Customer service brilliant.
Ordered some diamond earrings for my wife as xmas present.
They were a little smaller than they appeared on line and returning them was an easy process.
They acted very quickly to sort any issues.
Would use them again.

Was very pleased with the bracelet and well worth the money thanks mary

Arrived in good time. Item as described and good quality.

I looked at the Trustpilot reviews before buying, and my experience lived up to them! Great customer service and product - will definitely buy and again, and would recommend! Good quality and reasonable price compared to other stores

Ring arrived today and I am thrilled. So well made and highly polished. Very comfortable and weighty. Excellent service from Diamonds & Co, I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you.

This is the first time I have used this company. I am very impressed with the website, it’s easy to navigate and there is a wide range of products. The items I ordered were delivered promptly and were beautifully packaged. I will definitely be using the company again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

To get the ring before the 6 week turnaround was unbelievable as I wanted it for Xmas day
