Terrible organization to work with
Terrible organization to work with. The company we work under hired Diallog ages ago and used their services for years. A recent internal audit realized that phone lines provided by Diallog were not assigned properly, so we tried to contact Diallog Technical Support to resolve the line issues. After being placed on hold three times and disconnected, we were finally connected to the support team that took on our inquiry, to which they responded by sending a technician on-site. The technician stayed on site for a few hours, then left, only to find out that none of our phone lines were operational anymore. What initially started as a simple organizational task, turned into a nightmare that shut down our whole operations. After alerting Diallog of the non-working lines, their response was " There is nothing we can do right now". We are now forced to look for another provider that can come in and reconnect our phone lines again. After reading further reviews online and on BBB, it is apparent that Diallog is not a trustworthy company that should be in business. The operations staff do not know how to help, customer service is terrible, and their technical team caused even more problems than before. Stay away from Diallog.
