Had the worst experience ever
Purchased a phone for my mum on 5th January 2021 and I haven't been notified about the no stock availability. They wait until I call them to ask about the order status to let me know about the unavailability of stocks and offered me a refund verbally.
However, dialcom has hold paymet until mid February and charged credit card back. However, when contacted, as soon as they here about the order number, hang up the phone. One of the worst experience I had form a online merchant.
