Ghosted After Initial Contact - Highly Unprofessional
I reached out to Dial a Closer after reading positive reviews highlighting their excellent communication. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
After an initial half-hour meeting on Friday with Ali, I was told I'd be contacted on Monday to move forward. A week later - nothing. No follow-up, no email, no call. I sent three separate emails attempting to follow up. All completely ignored. I've wasted an entire week of operational planning for my business waiting on a response that never came.
I attempted to re-engage by booking another meeting (since there's no phone number listed on their website and my three emails went unanswered). Nobody showed up. No explanation, no apology, no communication whatsoever. I'm writing this review in real-time as they ghost yet another scheduled meeting.
They may be great at what they do - or perhaps just great at selling a vision - but I'll never know because they've left me completely high and dry. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a company that positions itself as a solution for sales operations.
*Worth noting*: The positive reviews about communication seem to come from closers working with them, not business owners trying to onboard. It appears they run two separate workflows, and the business owner experience is a disaster. Perhaps their closer communication is solid, but their client acquisition process is broken.
**Would not recommend.** If you're considering Dial a Closer as a business owner, be prepared for the possibility of complete radio silence after initial contact. Three ignored emails, two ghosted meetings, and a week of wasted operational time later - save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
