One of the worst experiences I’ve ever…
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with car service. There was traffic leaving the city, the driver gave an eta of 11pm. The driver had to stop 2 times to charge his electric car. Not only did it delay my ride home by over an hour but the worst part is the car had to be off to save energy and i was left in a cold car while it charged , way longer then expected to get home , rude , and will second guess using dial 7 now that it seems like it turning to basic uber instead of the premium car service it once was
