Ignoring
After they received my product they send me a text asking for a secondary payment because their cash app was AGAIN not working these guys seem to be the only company that has problems with cash app so I gave them a checking account I asked them if they can confirm that payment went out this was on Thursday January 22nd as of today Monday January 26th I am still waiting for that confirmation it shouldn't take four days to get a simple payment confirmation then they started ignoring my 20 plus text and my 20 plus phone calls and now they blocked me because they don't have the balls to physically talk to me all which could have been avoided if they replied to my text have balls to answer my calls or call me back they are now ignoring my emails this is very unprofessional from a company that thrives on being a reputable company all I want to know is if they received Bank info and to confirm it that payment went out apparently that's too much to ask of them because they can't handle a simple task and much rather ignore their customers
