Not too customer friendly
This company is not too customer friendly. I sent in something as small as lantus to sell, they complained that the box was smeared and it was only worth $3 they decided to ship it back and I just didn't argue with them also never did business with them again would not recommend 😩😩😩😩

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way, but we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency. This review appears to reference a shipment from January. At that time, your items were fully reviewed and documented, and you were paid in full for all eligible products. The only items not purchased were three lancet boxes due to visible damage/stains, which were valued at $1 each and returned to you at no cost.
To be clear, no eligible products were withheld, and there was no financial loss on your shipment. All determinations were based on our standard condition guidelines, which are applied consistently to every customer.
We understand that not every outcome will meet expectations, but we stand by our documented process and the resolution provided at the time.

Ive been doing business with this company for over a year and never had a problem the process is very easy and the payment comes exactly when they say a day or two after they receive the package. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their items hassle-free. The customer service is also top-notch, always friendly and helpful whenever I have a question.
